Last week Haven Homes of Detroit had the very best gift: Humble Designs Detroit and RESA (real estate staging association) spent the day at our house turning it into a home!! They brought rugs, curtains, art, and more. We have chairs, blankets, beds and desks. Our kitchen cupboards and drawers are overflowing with everything needed to cook and make yourself at home.
When I think back to the day we first walked through the door of this house- I knew it wasn't much but everything it could be flashed in my mind's eye, and Aaron and I both knew immediately that this was supposed to be our first Haven Home. To have a dream in your heart turn into a vision for the world to see is more than any words can hold.
