WELCOME HER HOME
​Haven Homes of Detroit opened our first house and began serving survivors of human trafficking in June 2023. It has been an inspiring journey as our team has been able to walk along side residents at our house and celebrate important milestones with them. However, we continue to get calls weekly for women looking for transitional housing and support to help them as they begin their healing journey after leaving human trafficking. There is simply more need than capacity for these women within the City of Detroit.
We were excited to be able to purchase a second house last year that will double the capacity of women that Haven Homes of Detroit can serve!
And now- just 9 months later- we are thrilled to announce that the renovations are almost complete, and we are preparing to open the doors for safe housing to more women this fall!
