Aaron holds an interdisciplinary Bachelor of Science degree with concentrations in education, psychology, and business. His career began as a Program Coordinator at a Children's Home in Indiana, where he developed and managed programs to support the well-being of sexually reactive youth children and later operations of an intensive security unit dealing with mental and behavioral health challenges. After relocating, Aaron transitioned to working with disabled adults as a Program Coordinator, facilitating their placement in community vocational settings working with residential staff and social workers.

Aaron furthered his education by earning a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology from Eastern Michigan University, which led to a decade-long tenure as a collegiate strength and conditioning coach. His expertise in kinesiology and coaching contributed significantly to the athletic development of numerous collegiate athletes.

Due to personal circumstances, Aaron shifted his career focus and founded Axe & Hammer Home Designs LLC, a renovation and home design business. His entrepreneurial spirit and passion for design have driven the success of this venture.

 

Currently, Aaron serves as the Co-Founder/Executive Director of Haven Homes of Detroit. In this role, he leverages his diverse background and experiences to renovate Haven Homes, collaborates with community and government services, and builds meaningful relationships. Aaron's multifaceted career reflects his dedication to improving lives through education, support, and innovative solutions.
