
Danielle Frawley
Danielle developed her love for credit unions during college and quickly realized this was her home. She currently serves as chief growth officer at Community Financial Credit Union. She leads the teams' investment and insurance team, experience operations team, and retail areas/branch network, including the contact center and their "beta branch," referred to as the Playground. She leverages her experience from her past role as EVP/Chief Experience Officer of Fort Community Credit Union (FCCU), where she was responsible for driving the member experience through all facets of retail, digital experience, marketing, strategy, support, and member engagement. Before that, Danielle was Chief Lending Officer at FCCU, where she led and served the commercial, mortgage, consumer, indirect, loan servicing, and collection teams. Danielle’s additional past roles include Vice President of Marketing, and Chief Retail Officer, at Fort Community Credit Union. She has previously worked at Filene Research Institute and was the Director of Innovation at Blackhawk Community Credit Union.
Danielle holds a B.B.A. degree in International Business and a minor in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She holds the Credit Union Strategic Marketing Executive Designation (CSME), is a 2011 graduate of CUNA Management School (CCUE), a 2013 Government Affairs Conference Crasher, a 2013 Big Bright Minds Crasher, was designated a Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) in September 2014 and was honored as a 2016 CUNA Rock Star. Danielle was also a part of the Filene i3 Class of 2015 and worked with fellow credit union executives on innovative projects such as Bank on Family.
Danielle’s boundless energy extends to her personal life, where she loves running (recently completing the Credit Union Cherry Blossom 15k), reading, traveling, hiking, and boating.
